Call Details Table
Date: This shows the date and start time of the conversation. For example: Apr 16, 2026, 10:37.
Agent: The name of the AI Colleague that handled the conversation. This lets you see at a glance which Agent was active.
Caller: The phone number of the person who called. Useful for quickly identifying who reached out.
Duration: The total length of the conversation, displayed in minutes and seconds. This gives you insight into how long conversations typically last.
Topics: The conversation topics automatically recognised by the AI. Topics with a coloured background are the most prominent themes from the conversation.
Success: A thumbs up (green) means the conversation was completed successfully. A thumbs down (red) means the conversation did not lead to a resolution.
Actions: Via the ⓘ icon you can open the conversation details. Here you will find:

In the top right you can filter by Agent and date, so you can quickly find the conversations you're looking for.
