Call Details Table

  • Date: This shows the date and start time of the conversation. For example: Apr 16, 2026, 10:37.

  • Agent: The name of the AI Colleague that handled the conversation. This lets you see at a glance which Agent was active.

  • Caller: The phone number of the person who called. Useful for quickly identifying who reached out.

  • Duration: The total length of the conversation, displayed in minutes and seconds. This gives you insight into how long conversations typically last.

  • Topics: The conversation topics automatically recognised by the AI. Topics with a coloured background are the most prominent themes from the conversation.

  • Success: A thumbs up (green) means the conversation was completed successfully. A thumbs down (red) means the conversation did not lead to a resolution.

  • Actions: Via the ⓘ icon you can open the conversation details. Here you will find:

    • A call recording that you can play back. (Note: this is only available on the Diamond plan.)

    • A transcript summary – a short AI-generated summary of what was discussed.

    • The full transcript of the conversation, so you can read back every message.

Filtering

In the top right you can filter by Agent and date, so you can quickly find the conversations you're looking for.
