Subprocessors chosen by us
Atelyr B.V. uses certain third-party subprocessors to assist in providing our services. A subprocessor is a third-party data processor that has access to personal data of our customers or their end-users in order to provide services to Atelyr.
This page provides important information about the identity, location, and role of each subprocessor we use. We will update this page from time to time to reflect changes in our subprocessors.
In the interest of transparency, this list may include third-party tools and services that do not process any personal data. We believe that openly sharing the tools we use, even where no personal data is involved, helps customers make informed decisions about their data and our practices.

International Data Transfers
For any transfers of personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA), Atelyr ensures appropriate safeguards are in place through one or more of the following mechanisms:
Adequacy decisions issued by the European Commission, where the destination country is deemed to provide an adequate level of data protection
Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission
Binding Corporate Rules (BCRs) where applicable
Additional technical and organisational measures to ensure the protection of personal data in transit and at rest
Updates to Subprocessors
We may update our list of subprocessors from time to time according to the terms of our Data Processing Agreement.
If you are a customer of Atelyr and wish to object to a new subprocessor, please contact us promptly at [email protected]. If you do not object within 30 days of us providing notice of a new subprocessor, you will be deemed to have accepted the new subprocessor.
If we determine that your objection is reasonable, we will work with you to find a mutually acceptable resolution. If we cannot reach a resolution, you may terminate your agreement with us in accordance with the terms of your contract.

The customer independently selects and configures their AI providers and third-party integrations and bears sole responsibility for ensuring that any personal data processed or transferred in that context complies with all applicable laws and regulations. Atelyr solely facilitates the technical integration and has no control over, nor visibility into, the processing activities carried out by these providers. Atelyr is not liable for any act or omission of any AI provider or third-party integration chosen by the customer, including data breaches, unauthorised processing, or violations of applicable law on the part of that provider. The customer indemnifies Atelyr against any claims by third parties, including data subjects and supervisory authorities, arising from the processing carried out by the chosen providers and integrations.
