Ports, protocols, and port direction
Source ports (from the Atelyr agent): any
The agent may use any UDP or TCP source port (ephemeral ports). Do not restrict by specific source port numbers; allow any source port from the allowed source IPs.Destination ports (to your PBX): depends on your PBX configuration, restrict destination ports to those your PBX requires for SIP and RTP.
Protocols: allow UDP for RTP; allow UDP and/or TCP for SIP according to your PBX settings.
