Whitelist IPs for SIP/RTP Access (self‑hosted / on‑prem PBX)

Allow SIP and RTP traffic from the IP addresses below so the Atelyr AI Agent can connect to your self-hosted / on‑premise PBX.

Allowed source IP addresses

  • 204.168.226.195

  • 188.245.151.191

  • 167.233.120.85

Ports, protocols, and port direction

  • Source ports (from the Atelyr agent): any
    The agent may use any UDP or TCP source port (ephemeral ports). Do not restrict by specific source port numbers; allow any source port from the allowed source IPs.

  • Destination ports (to your PBX): depends on your PBX configuration, restrict destination ports to those your PBX requires for SIP and RTP.

  • Protocols: allow UDP for RTP; allow UDP and/or TCP for SIP according to your PBX settings.

Notes and best practices

  • These IPs may be updated, check this article regularly and apply updates to your firewall rules as needed.

  • After applying rules, verify SIP registration and media (RTP) flow and monitor logs for connectivity or blocked traffic.
