Setup Tools

Written by Indy Veldt

In this step you give your AI Colleague access to tools and integrations. Choose which tools you want to activate — you can always adjust this later. Below you will find an overview of all available tools.

Knowledge & Information

  • Knowledge Base: Upload documents that your AI Colleague can reference when answering questions. Supported file formats are PDF, Word (.doc/.docx), ODT, Markdown and TXT (max. 10 MB per file, maximum 10 files). Drag files to the upload window or click "Choose Files". The documents will be uploaded once your AI Colleague is deployed.

  • FAQ: Add frequently asked questions so your AI Colleague can respond quickly and accurately. Add a corresponding answer for each question and click "Add FAQ". You can add multiple FAQs.

Integrations & External Services

  • Webhook (coming soon): Connect your AI Colleague to external services via HTTP requests. More information will follow in a separate guide.

  • Make.com MCP Toolbox: Connect your AI Colleague to Make.com so it can execute Make scenarios and modules. More information will follow in a separate guide.

Communication Tools

  • Send Email: Allow your AI Colleague to send emails to an email address set by you. This is useful for example for callback requests or orders, where your AI Colleague forwards the caller's details to a fixed internal email address.

  • Transfer Call: Allow your AI Colleague to transfer calls to a colleague or department. Add contacts to the contact list with name, role, internal extension or phone number and email address. Your AI Colleague uses this list to determine who to transfer calls to or email.

Calendar & Scheduling

  • Calendly: Connect your Calendly account so your AI Colleague can schedule meetings and appointments on your behalf. More information will follow in a separate guide.

  • Cal.com: Connect your Cal.com account via an API key so your AI Colleague can manage appointments. More information will follow in a separate guide.

  • Google Calendar (coming soon): Access and manage Google Calendar events and appointments.

  • Microsoft Outlook (coming soon): Integration with Outlook for seamless scheduling and communication.

💡 Tip: You don't have to set up all tools at once. Activate what you need now and add more later from your AI Colleague's settings.
