Register:
You can create an account at app.atelyr.ai/register.

Fill in your name and email address, then click "Send Magic Link". You will now receive an email with a "Sign In" button. ๐
When you click the "Sign In" button, you will be taken to the Atelyr portal. Here you need to enter your name and company name to complete the registration.
In the final step of the registration you will see the "Terms of Service" and "Privacy Policy". Once you accept these, you can click "Get started".
Congratulations! You are now officially registered and can start your 14-day free trial! ๐
Creating an AI Colleague:
In this step we explain how to set up your own AI Colleague easily, efficiently and entirely your way.
Click "AI Colleagues" in the left menu, then click "Create your AI Colleague".

First, give your AI Colleague a name. You can type one yourself or click the icon to generate a random name: ๐
Choose the primary language your AI Colleague will speak.

Based on your choices, Atelyr will recommend a setup for each component. You can of course adjust this.

Train AI Colleague
Check the company name and update it where needed. Also add a description of your company โ what is your vision and mission? Your AI Colleague will take your company's characteristics into account and apply them in the conversations it has.
Assign roles and responsibilities to your AI Colleague. You can choose from common roles or type in your own.
Choose a voice that suits your AI Colleague. ๐ฃ๏ธ
Select the personality traits and character your AI Colleague should maintain.

Set up Tools ๐ ๏ธ
There are various tools and integration options:

FAQ โ | Easily create frequently asked questions and provide the corresponding answers. (Useful for short questions like: What are your opening hours?) |
Webhook โ๏ธ | With Webhook you can connect to an unlimited number of software tools. You can retrieve and send information via the Webhook. Retrieve: Pull from your accounting system how many invoices a customer still has outstanding. Send: Create a task in your sales system to resend a quote to a customer. |
Send Email ๐ง | Send a callback request to a colleague or email a complete order. |
Transfer Call ๐ | Transfer calls to colleagues. You can transfer to any colleague within the phone system, and AI Colleagues can even transfer to one another. |
Calendar Integration ๐ | Easily connect your calendar so your AI Colleague can schedule appointments for you! |
Connect Phone Line
Almost there! In this step you connect your AI Colleague to your phone system.
Make sure your phone system has a SIP account. Not sure what that means? Contact your telecom provider โ they will help you.
Choose the country of your phone system.
Search for your telecom provider in the list. Not listed? Choose "Other".
Fill in your SIP credentials:
Username โ your SIP username
Password โ your SIP password
Domain โ your SIP domain
Click Test SIP Connection and check whether it is successful.
Connection successful? โ Deploy AI Colleague
Connection unsuccessful? โ Check your SIP credentials and advanced settings, then try again.
