Editing your AI Colleague
After creating your AI Colleague you can adjust them at any time. This guide explains how to do this.
Step 1: Go to AI Colleagues
Click "AI Colleagues" in the left menu. You will see an overview of all created AI Colleagues.
Step 2: Click on the correct AI Colleague
Click on the AI Colleague you want to edit. You will now enter the editing screen.
Step 3: Choose what you want to edit
In the left menu you will see the different sections you can adjust:
Main: The name, greeting and prompt of your AI Colleague
Providers: The AI providers for voice, brain and ears
Voice: The voice of your AI Colleague
Tools & Integrations: The tools and integrations your AI Colleague has access to
Contact Directory: The contact list for transferring calls and sending emails
Phone (SIP): The connection with your phone system
Danger Zone: Delete your AI Colleague
Step 4: Edit the prompt
The prompt determines how your AI Colleague behaves and what they say. You can edit the prompt in two ways:
Edit manually: Click directly in the text and adjust it as desired.
Improve with AI: Click "Improve with AI" in the top right of the prompt field. A panel will open on the right side.
Type your improvements and click "Send". For example: "Be more friendly and don't hang up the phone in any case."
Atelyr will process your instructions and display the suggested changes next to the original text, so you can see exactly what has changed.
Happy with the changes? Click "Accept". Don't want to apply the changes? Click "Reject".
Step 5: Save the changes
Click "Save" in the top right to save your changes. Your AI Colleague is now updated and will immediately behave according to the new settings.
💡 Tip: Test your AI Colleague after every change by calling them, so you can be sure everything works as desired.
