At Atelyr, you decide which AI Providers are used to power your AI Colleague. Based on your wishes and requirements, Atelyr automatically compiles a recommended setup, which you can always adjust afterwards.

Step 1: Define your preferences

To recommend the right setup for your AI Colleague, Atelyr first asks you two questions:

Choose the security level that best fits your organization:

Your AI Colleague's data is exclusively processed by an EU-based company or via EU data storage. This guarantees the highest level of data protection and always prioritizes EU-based storage and companies.

🔐 High Security
Your AI Colleague's data is processed by a GDPR-compliant company. This ensures compliance with GDPR regulations, regardless of the company's location.

⭐ Best Quality
Your AI Colleague's data can be processed globally. This provides access to the best and most advanced AI models with the highest quality.

Your AI Colleague prioritizes quality over speed. This delivers the best possible answers with the highest accuracy, even if they take slightly longer.

Your AI Colleague balances quality and speed. A great balance between answer quality and response time, suitable for most use cases.

Your AI Colleague prioritizes speed above all. Ideal for real-time conversations where fast responses are essential, while maintaining good quality.

Step 2: Recommended setup

Based on your answers, Atelyr automatically compiles a recommended setup. This setup is fully customizable to your own preference at any time.

Step 3: The three phases of a conversation

Every conversation between a caller and your AI Colleague always goes through three consecutive phases:

👂 Ears – Speech to Text
Converts spoken audio into text that your AI Colleague's brain can understand. This is the listening phase where spoken words are transformed into readable information.

🧠 Brain – Thinking & Understanding
The core of your AI Colleague. This is where questions are understood, analyzed, and intelligent, relevant responses are formed.

🗣️ Voice – Text to Speech
Converts your AI Colleague's thoughts into naturally spoken words. This ensures a smooth and human-like conversation experience.

For each AI Provider, the following specifications are displayed so you can make a well-informed choice:

In addition, for each AI Provider you will see a score for Speed and Quality, displayed on a scale of 0 to 10, where 10 is the highest achievable.

Step 5: Finishing up

Have you chosen the desired AI Provider for each phase? Then click "Train {{AI Name}}" at the bottom of the page to save your setup and get your AI Colleague ready for use.
