Atelyr runs on cloud infrastructure provided by Hetzner, with servers located in Germany and Finland. All data is stored on secure servers within the European Union (EU).
What about AI providers?
Atelyr integrates with AI providers to power features like conversation processing, prompt optimization, and knowledge base (RAG) functionality. Some of these AI providers may be located outside the EEA.
AI providers selected by Atelyr: Data is processed within the EEA.
AI providers selected by the End Customer: If you configure an AI provider yourself within the software, that provider may process data outside the EEA (including in the United States).
